NAILS

- [ TOTAL PRICE ]
Our designers will consult you for exact price that you will pay before starting to proceed the nail designs on demands. You can let designer know your budget then our designers will consult available designs under the budger. Up to 3 photos of Price quote is available through 0425 576 543 per one appointment. All designs are individually charged and all client can check in their receipts with all the price details. Price you should pay at the end can be different compared to the price you see in online booking system because of it is shown approxmate standard price and there are millions of design options. Also, There is discount promotions, 2% loyalty program for members.

- [ DESIGNS ]
We have event nail designs with discounted price. Please check on our Instagram @eclaire_beauty . Abstract drawings, including marble, patterns or nuance arts can not be 100% same as it is hand works. Designs from other salons can not be 100% same and could be limited/changed within gel colours/materials we have.

- [ DEPOSIT ]
A $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment which will fully be deducted on the day of your booking, but it is non-refundable and inapplicable for no-shows, cancellation and rescheduling made within 48 hours of appointment time. The deposit will be refunded for any cancellations made before 48 hours but excluding the processing fee($1.18).

- [ CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING ]
Cancellations and rescheduling are only accepted up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Any cancellations or rescheduling done within 48 hours will result in the deposit being non-refundable and an extra $50 will be charged for a new appointment.

- [ NO - SHOWS ]
A $50 deposit will not be refundable.

- [ LATENESS ]
Please inform us ASAP if you are running late as a courtesy towards our designers and clients next you. If you are late more than 10minutes, there will be limits of designs or service from your original appointment. If you are late more than 20 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled automatically. And The $50 deposit will be forfeited, and another deposit will be required to secure your next appointment.

- [ CHANGE OF MIND FOR BOOKING ]
Please inform us ASAP if you changed your mind from original appointment you made. Changing service without any notice within 48hours. It is same as No-Show/last minute cancellation and $50 deposit will not be refundable.
Ex 1) If you made nail,pedicure,eyelashes but changed mind not to get one of the service on appointment day.
Ex 2) If you made Gel designs/full set of nail extensions and changed mind to get one colour or removals only/ no extensions.
* If you have missed and not booked removals or nail extensions but you need, it could not be possible depends on our booking schedule. Please carefully make an appointment.

This procedure involves a perm treatment, and it is important to note that allergic reactions or aftereffects may occur, depending on factors such as seasonal changes, immune response, and individual sensitivity.
If you are experiencing sleep deprivation, severe eye fatigue, or a history of frequent eye conditions prior to the procedure, we recommend postponing the treatment. Excessive or repeated procedures may necessitate medical consultation.
By proceeding with the treatment under these conditions, you acknowledge and agree that refunds will not be offered, and the studio will not be held liable for any adverse effects.
